Hi I'm Jeff Murphy, MD of Dublin Harley-Davidson.
I've been riding motorcycles for many years and eventually made it to my very own Harley-Davidson (an FLHR) in 05.
Owning a Harley has been a dream of mine ever since I was a kid riding around on a BMX. My Dad had motorbikes before I came along and my Grandad also rode a motorcycle (having never driven a car) so, you could say, it's in my blood.
All my working life until 2007 has been in the car trade; my last job being general sales manager of Belgard Motors in Tallaght until ’05 (it was terribly sad to see Belgard Motors go in ‘09). During my career, I've driven everything from luxury saloons to high end sports cars but I always came back to bikes.. and nothing beats the thrill of the open road on a Harley.
I became a Harley-Davidson dealer because of my love of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and I knew I’d enjoy my working life with these machines.
There's a great motorcycling community in Ireland and the Harley-Davidson community within that is very strong. There are many veteran Harley riders, plenty of riders recently converted to Harley, and of course, those who's dream is to own one (I've been there - just do it!). Our dealership, Dublin Harley-Davidson, strive to bring all of these folks together in our common goal - to ride our Harleys and have fun.
Feel free to drop me an email about anything Harley and I hope to see you in the shop soon.
Hi I’m Dave and I’m the man to talk to about your new Harley! I’m a complete petrol head and love talking bikes (current favourite being the Nightster). So if you’ve got a bike to trade in or would like to take a test ride on a Harley-Davidson, or are brand new to biking and could do with some advice, please contact me; I’m here to help. Or better still, drop in and we can talk bikes over a coffee.
Hi I’m Pete and I’m in sales here. I’ve been riding bikes since I was 16 and used to run my own dispatch rider business in London. Dublin H-D is a friendly place with great music, great coffee and plenty of gorgeous bikes to see and try. Whether you’re a seasoned rider, or thinking of getting into riding; why not drop in for a chat?
Hi I’m Derek, I look after the motorcycle maintenance/repairs/accident damage side of the business. I came to Dublin H-D from being the manager of Dublin's Hard Rock Café, drawn by these beautiful bikes. I can be spotted riding our Harley-Davidson Police Road King (yes the Sheriff one!). I’m also the activities officer for our riding club Gaelic Chapter Ireland, so if you’re a hotel/restaurant owner who’d like us to come visit for lunch some Sunday – I’m your man! If there’s anything I can do for you regarding your Harley, drop me a line or give me a call.
Hi I’m Brian and I look after parts, accessories and motorcycle customising here. I’ve been riding and customising Harleys for 20 years and have had several award winning custom bikes over the years, the latest being my current Street Glide custom. I enjoy helping Harley owners make their bike “their own”, whether it be just some small extras or a full ground-up build. Give me a call or email and I’d be happy to give you all the help & advice you need.
Hi I’m Elena and I look after our clothing and gifts department. We have “something Harley-Davidson” for everyone from age 3 months up, whether a Harley rider or not (Harley riders starting a little later than 3 months!). Contact me with any questions you may have, I can take orders for delivery for post, over the phone or online & can send out gift vouchers on request – or see you here in the store!
Hi I’m Frances and I look after our marketing and also our online store. We interact with several companies during the year on marketing & charity activities, so if you have any questions or queries about this or about our online stock, please let me know, I’d be glad to help.
